What’s your shipping process?

  • Once we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. 
  • To maintain our products' quality, we ship from our manufacturers to our California warehouse, hence, shipping within U.S. usually takes 2-4 weeks, with most arriving within 15 days. US Flat Rate Shipping is $3.99. We ship via USPS First Class Package. 
  • For international orders, expect items within 3-5 weeks. Shipping rate for international items valued $0-$60 is $9.99. For international orders above $60, flat rate shipping is $14.99. International customers shall be responsible for any customs fees that may incur upon purchase. 
  • If you do not receive all your purchase within 8 weeks, please contact us to look into your shipment.

Why didn’t I receive all my orders?

  • We try our best to ship all your items together, but some items take a little longer to reach our warehouse. So you can enjoy your order immediately, we ship some items first at no extra cost. 

How can I track my orders?

  • As your items reach our CA warehouse and have been sorted and packed, we will send you a tracking number for your order.
  • It may take some days before your tracking information becomes accessible. You can either track in the USPS site or here at our own site tracker.
  • We do our best to expedite your items' shipping window, but please be advised that there may be unforeseen circumstances that couriers may experience. In this case, we are not responsible for the delay BUT we will be helping you a 100% to reach out to the courier. For assistance, just e-mail hello@todds-littles.com

Can I replace my item? 

  • We can happily replace your item if you received the wrong size or item. Should there be any reason it didn't spark joy, we can always sort it out. Your happiness and satisfaction first, guaranteed. 

Can I refund my order?

  • We stand by our products a hundred percent but if you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, simply contact us for return instructions and a refund. Once items are delivered, shipping costs are not refundable.
  • TODDS & LITTLES has a 30-day return policy for all orders placed throughout the site. 
  • Buyer should shoulder the return shipping cost. Please note we can only accept returns that are unused (complete with tags and in its original state).
  • Refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours. 

Where are your items sourced?

  • Our hand-picked items are manufactured in China and Hong Kong. We do, however, stand by our products and pick the ones that are in excellent quality which you will love. To make sure of the quality, we ship it from our California warehouse to double check any imperfections.
